Shipping Information

Shipping charges are based on weight, destination and priority. Orders are usually shipped via UPS or special carrier F.O.B. Las Vegas, NV. However, large or specialty items such as batting cages, nets and the like may be shipped via truck, which incurs different shipping charges. Please call for more details

All orders over $125 ship free**.

Orders are usually processed at HittingStore within 24 hours.

UPS-Ground typically takes 6 business days (not counting day order is placed) or less within the continental USA.

All APO orders ship in 2-4 business days, USPS Priority Mail ONLY (no matter what method is selected).

We strive to find the lowest method of shipping, therefore the carrier may differ on multi product orders.

**On occasion, some large or bulky items may require additional shipping fees. We will contact you prior to shipping to confirm your acceptance of the additional charges.

Hawaii and Alaska

Being outside the Continental U.S. some orders may incur additional shipping charges. You may place your order and await contact via email or telephone to inform you of the added shipping costs. At that time you may decline if you so choose. No charges will be assigned to your card until you authorize the shipping costs associated.

Typically, smaller sized items will ship via USPS Priority Mail without additional costs associated.

International Orders

We presently do not have the option of shipping Internet orders outside of the United States. Purchasers from U.S. Territories and U.S. Military bases (APO) should place their order by calling (702) 436-8855, Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Pacific Standard Time. Some items may not be available for shipment to these locations.

Drop Shipments

Occasionally, we may choose to ship products directly from the manufacturer. Drop shipments regularly occur with large or heavy shipments such as batting cages, screens and items currently not in our warehouse.

BackOrders

From time to time, we may run out of a specific inventory item. Unless otherwise specified, the partial order will be shipped and invoiced and the out of stock item will be shipped at a later date. This process called "backordering" will be shipped at regular ground rates and will not adversely effect any quantity discount pricing. Customer pays for shipping of backorders. Customers may cancel an item on backorder at any time. Backorders not filled within 60-days will be cancelled unless instructed otherwise.
