Return Policy

At HittingStore.com customer satisfaction is our ultimate goal! If you are dissatisfied with a product purchase, you may return it by first obtaining a return authorization from us. Simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Alternatively, you may Contact Us within 30 business days from the date the order arrived.
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. We will evaluate each return and will issue a credit, refund, or exchange after the product is evaluated based on the following policies:

HittingStore.com Error

If customers are returning the product due to a defect, or if their order was incorrect due to our error, we will refund the entire price of the purchase, including all shipping & handling costs and sales tax if applicable. Customers must notify us within 30 business days after receiving their order for all claims regarding shortages or defective merchandise.

Customer Error

If the wrong item, sizes or color was ordered, we will refund or issue credit for the purchase price and any applicable sales tax only. The customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs, and to return the product to us. Customers must notify us within 30 days after receiving their order for all claims where customer has made an error. Certain items, such as bats, pitching machines, batting cages, and nets may be subject to a 10% restocking charge.

Shipping

If you received FREE Shipping on your original order, your credit or refund will have actual shipping fees deducted upon return of the merchandise. FREE Shipping assumes you will keep the product.

If a product is damaged during shipping then we will handle this as if it was our error. Although most freight companies do an excellent job delivering orders, sometimes a damage occurs. We do not expect you to accept damaged merchandise and we will work with the shipper to exchange the item as quickly as possible.

Condition

We will not accept returns for merchandise that has been worn or damaged by the customer. The returned product must be in the original package and unopened!

CD/DVD Sales

As a result of today's ease of duplication. All CD and Video sales are final; no returns accepted.

Additional Information
