Shipping Policy
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Most orders ship within 1–2 business days, and we work hard to find the most reliable and affordable shipping method for every order.
Shipping Rates
Standard shipping rates are based on your order value:

These rates apply to standard shipping within the contiguous 48 states.
Free Shipping
Some products qualify for free shipping, as noted on the product page. Free shipping applies to standard delivery within the contiguous United States. Oversized or heavy items may require additional shipping charges even when marked as free shipping. If extra charges apply, we'll contact you before shipping to confirm - we won't charge you without your approval.
Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories
We do ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. Because shipping costs to these locations vary significantly depending on the size and weight of the order, we'll reach out with a shipping estimate before finalizing your order. Your order won't ship until you've confirmed the total.
Carriers and Delivery Times
We ship via UPS, FedEx, USPS, and other carriers depending on the product and destination. We always look for the best combination of speed and cost.
Typical delivery times after your order ships:
- UPS Ground: 1–5 business days
- USPS: 1–8 business days
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Transit times do not include the day the order is placed or weekends and holidays.
Multiple Warehouses
We have warehouses throughout the country, so items in your order may ship from different locations and arrive separately. You won't be charged extra shipping if this happens.
Drop Shipments
Some products - especially larger items like batting cages, screens, and pitching machines - may ship directly from the manufacturer. This is common with oversized or heavy items and often results in faster delivery since the product ships from the closest available location.
Backorders
If an item in your order is temporarily out of stock, we'll ship the rest of your order right away and send the backordered item as soon as it's available. You won't be charged additional shipping for the backordered shipment.
