Hitting Store is a specialty retailer of baseball and softball training equipment, established in 2002 and based in the Commonwealth of Virginia. We curate and sell products including pitching machines, batting tees, hitting nets, rebounders, pitching targets, protective screens, radar guns, batting cages, training aids, and related accessories.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and shipping costs are displayed during the checkout process. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from Hitting Store pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

If your order qualifies for free shipping (as indicated on the applicable product page), free shipping applies to standard delivery within the contiguous United States unless otherwise stated. Oversized items, expedited shipping, and shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories may incur additional charges.
